About Livingston ISD

The Livingston Independent School District encompasses 306 square miles of Polk County, which is one of the fastest growing counties in Texas. The district currently serves over 4100 students on six campuses with over 600 employees. In 2011, we opened a brand new state-of-the-art High School for our students with many new opportunities. In 2013, Livingston ISD opened the newly renovated Intermediate Campus and Florence Crosby Auditorium and the Cedar Grove Elementary campus.  We offer strong core academic programs, and a wide variety of athletics and fine arts to meet the needs of our students. We also offer many vocational opportunities and have a thriving scholarship program.

Livingston, Texas and Polk County is a wonderful place to raise a family and Livingston ISD works hard to be a part of that experience.  Our curriculum is designed to challenge our students and inspire them to new goals and experiences while preparing them for college and the workforce.  Our local family of well-trained educators is dedicated to creating successful, safe, and nurturing campuses.  Livingston ISD is home to three elementary campuses, one intermediate campus, one junior high school, and one high school.  Explore all of the opportunities our district has to offer your student.
