About Livingston ISD

The Livingston Independent School District encompasses 306 square miles of Polk County. The district currently serves over 4,000 students on seven campuses with over 550 employees. We offer strong core academic programs, and a wide variety of athletics and fine arts to meet the needs of our students. We also provide many vocational opportunities, a dual credit program and have a thriving scholarship program.

Livingston, Texas and Polk County is a wonderful place to raise a family and Livingston ISD works hard to be a part of that experience.  Our curriculum is designed to challenge our students and inspire them to new goals and experiences while preparing them for college and the workforce.  Our local family of well-trained educators is dedicated to creating successful, safe, and nurturing campuses.  Livingston ISD is home to four elementary campuses, one junior high school, and one high school.  Explore all of the opportunities our district has to offer your student.
