LHS Volleyball - Lady Lions Vs. Vidor Lady Pirates

After a long break due to the hurricane, the Lady Lions were ready to play. They came out strong and took the first game. As games went on they battled back and forth and came out on top by the end of the match! Freshman Cara Leslie led the way with 7kills, while sophmores Shelby Snyder and Morgan Lantrip added 6. Sophmore Macy Murphy chipped in her 25 assists. Defensively Tiffany Blalock, Kristen McDaniel and Kami Wilson had 27 digs combined.  Great Job LADY LIONS!!!!!!!!!!!

The Junior Varsity Lady Lions played strong last night. They fought hard against the Pirates but did not come out on top. They took them to three games. It was an excellent match to watch.

Way to go Freshman Lady Lions! These young ladies are playing great and with more and more confidence everyday. Exciting things are happening for this team!
