Livingston 2009/2010 Pre-K and Kindergarten Registration Information

LISD - Livingston ISD will hold Early Registration July 29 and 30 from 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 - 3:30 PM for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten classes.

Registration will be held at the LISD Communications Department, located at 311 West Milam.

The Pre-Kindergarten program is an income based federal program. The guidelines to qualify for our pre-kindergarten programs are one of the following:

• Eligible for free or reduced price lunch program.
• The student must be four on or before September 1, 2009.
• Non-English speaking.
• The student is the child of an active duty, injured, killed or MIA member of the armed forces of the United States. (Including the state military forces or a reserved component of the armed forces.)
• A child who is or has been in the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services (CPS) following an advisory hearing relating to the child’s removal from the custody of a parent, custodian, guardian, or other caretaker.
• The student is homeless according to state guidelines.
   To register, you will need:
• Birth Certificate
• Updated Shot Record
• Proof of Residency (electric or gas bill with name and 911 addresse)
• Drivers License
• Social Security Card
• Report Card (if applicable)
• Proof of Income (if applicable)
• Foster or CPS Document (if applicable)
 Military Documentation (if applicable)
