LHS - Formulas for the volumes of spheres, prisms, pyramids and more complex solids all come from Calculus. Students in Ms. Ouedraogo's Calculus classes learned how to find the formulas for these complex shapes, and were put to the test. Ms. Ouedraogo made a bundy cake for the class. The students found the volume of the cake using parabolas and integrals. Once they found the right volume, they ate the cake. Students have learned so much and done so well this year!! "Thank you for your hard work," says Ms. Ouedrago,"You will do great at your universities."
