Trunk or Treat - Thursday, October 30!

LHS - Thursday October 30 is the date for the annual Royal Brigade TRUNK OR TREAT!!! Parents are invited to bring their children out IN COSTUME to the parking area behind the First Methodist Church for a safe and controlled Halloween activity. Cost is $1 per child, and you are guaranteed a good time, lots of candy, and a few "surprises" along the way!!!!! Trunk or Treat!!!


FFA Wildlife Team Advances to State

LHS - On Wednesday, October 29th the Livingston FFA Wildlife Team traveled to Nacogdoches to compete in the Area Wildlife Contest. The team consisting of Jonathan Murphy, Ben Plunkett, Jacob Dominy, Charles Moore, and Colton McLaurin placed 4th out of 92 schools in our area. The top five teams from each area advance to the state contest. This years' state contest will be held in Corpus Christi in May.


Red Ribbons Pay Off

LIS - As part of our Red Ribbon Week activities, students were given red ribbons to wear with a number on the back of their ribbons. During Celebration time each morning, if the student's number is called out, they receive a prize. These are our first group of winners from the event.


Future Firefighters of America

TCE - Students in Mrs. Patranella's class at Timber Creek Elementary had a great time with fire safety week. The children learned to stop, drop, and roll and how to dial 911. In dramatic play center, they dressed up as firefighters and put out fires. The students also had a real fireman, Jeremiah Barnes,and daddy to one of the students, come and talk to the class.

ATH - JV Football v. Beaumont Central will be played at 5:30 PM in Lion Stadium on Thursday, Oct. 30th. Freshman will play only one game at Beaumont Central at 5:00 pm.

LHS - Livingston Lions Fall Team Tennis team came in second place in the district with a record of 6-1. Will travel to Katy to participate in Region III 4A tournament Friday and Saturday.
