The Choral Music Department of Livingston ISD is committed to the promotion of the Arts in Education through vocal performance. We are determined to increase the awareness of the community and school in regard to music and its relationship to academic achievement. We strive to enhance the quality of life of our students through performance in concerts and musical programs. Our focus includes many forms of vocal music and is not limited to one area of performance.

The Livingston High School Choir under the direction of Tom Myers Jr. is introducing and developing students in the fine art of vocal performance. The choir performs throughout the year and participates in contests of all sorts.

The Livingston Junior High School Choir
Excellence...teamwork...confidence...hard work...fun. Livingston Junior High Schoir gives students a chance to experience all of these. The main goal of the Livingston Junior High choir program is to train students to become skillful, sensitive vocalists. However, the same values taught while reaching these goals can be used later in life to help students be good at teamwork, to be confident, and to become more responsible.
