Welcome!! I am so excited to have your child in my class this year!!  I will be teaching reading, language arts, and social studies this year, and I know this will be the best year yet.

My family and I moved here 10 years ago from Elk City, Oklahoma.  I received a bachelor’s degree in vocal music, and a master’s degree in reading; both from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.  This is my 24th year to teach, and I absolutely love it!!

Third grade can be such a pivotal year for students.  My goal is to encourage a love of learning in all situations, and that each experience brings more knowledge.
