FASST CAMP continues thru Aug 1

Coach Vanover and LHS Coaches are conducting FASST CAMP on Monday through Thursday, June 10 – August 1 (No camp on Thursday, July 4) 7:30 am – 9:30 am

It’s not too late to join in!

Flexibility, Agility, Speed, Strength and Toughness are the characteristics all great athletes have, they don’t just happen by accident.  They are built, worked on daily and earned.

1 hour strenth development and 1 hour speed, conditioning and flexibility each day.  This program is for all incoming 8^th through 12^th grade male and female students.  Cost $25.00

You will need to bring flat athletic shoes, appropriate workout apparel, a towel (optional) and cleats if you are a field sport athlete.  Camp will be held at the Livingston High School Athletic Field House.  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the session each day.
