Introducing the Lion LEADERS Recognition Program

This program celebrates individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership and service within Livingston ISD.  Lion LEADERS reflect the heart of Livingston ISD and help Restore the Roar in everything they do.  This recognition is open to:

  • LISD Staff
  • Parents & Guardians
  • Students
  • Alumni
  • Community Members
  • Local Organizations & Business Partners

Lion LEADERS Framework

The Lion LEADERS framework is designed around the LEADERS acronym, with each letter representing a valued attribute that our Lion LEADERS honorees possess.  The program’s review team reads and reviews nominations monthly and selects individuals who best represent at least two of the attributes from the Lion LEADERS framework.  Read more about each Lion LEADERS attribute below.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Anyone!  Staff, students, community members – there is no limit to who can nominate!

  • Nominations are due by the first Monday of every month.

     

    The next nomination deadline is Monday, January 5th, 2026.

  • A review team reviews nominations monthly and selects individuals who best represent at least two attributes from the LEADERS framework.

  • Lion LEADERS Honorees will be recognized at the monthly school board meetings, on the district website and social media accounts, and the Lion LEADERS monthly spotlight.  Honorees will also receive a certificate and a Lion LEADERS lapel pin.

  • Nominations can be submitted through the online nomination form below.  This form can be completed from your phone or computer, making it easy to submit a nomination any time, anywhere!
