Livingston ISD Celebrates Continued Growth and Strong State Accountability Ratings

Livingston, TX — August 15, 2025 — Livingston Independent School District is proud to announce that the Texas Education Agency has released the 2025 and 2024 State Accountability Ratings, and campuses have once again shown that Lions are Leaders.
Several LISD campuses earned “A” and “B” ratings, demonstrating outstanding achievement and continued progress since 2023. These results reflect the hard work, dedication, and collaborative spirit of our students, teachers, administrators, and community. The district has made measurable gains across multiple areas of performance, showing that we are well on our way to fulfilling our vision — to be the premier district in East Texas.
“Our staff and students have worked tirelessly to make this happen,” said Dr. Jeff Pack, Superintendent of Schools. “While we celebrate these ratings, we also know they represent just one test on one day. Every day in Livingston ISD, remarkable things are happening in classrooms, on our stages, in our gyms, and on our fields. From academic success to career and technical education, fine arts, and athletics, our students are achieving at the highest levels.
Livingston ISD remains committed to providing an education that inspires excellence in all areas. With the leadership of our dedicated educators and the support of our community, we will continue to Restore the Roar and ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.”
