On September 22, 2026, the Livingston Police Department executed an arrest warrant charging an individual with forgery in connection with a Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) associated with one of our schools. We are extremely disheartened to learn of these charges. PTOs are charitable organizations run by volunteers for the betterment of our schools. PTOs are separate legal entities from Livingston ISD. We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops.
